If you can not start the day without a coffee, we understand you very well, but never make the mistake of drinking it on an empty stomach. Accompany your morning coffee with a homemade dessert. A pan brioche braid filled with apples would be perfect. Also ideal to accompany your breakfasts or afternoons not only with coffee, but also with tea, milk, etc.

For the dough you need:

200 ml of milk, 100 gr of sugar (in this case brown sugar was used), 7 gr of yeast - mix them together. Add 1 egg and 80 ml oil, mix again.

Add 500 gr of high hardness flour.

Knead the dough well and cut it into a cross shape. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 2-3 hours.

Then we open it with a thickness of about 2 mm.

We cut it into 3 parts or belts (as seen in the post)

Fill it with the apple mass (cook 4 thinly sliced â??â??apples with a little butter and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar).

We close them, thus creating 3 filled strips. Form the braid and leave it to rest again for 30 minutes. Coat it with egg yolk mixed with a little milk.
