Ingredients you need:
1 kg of minced beef
4-5 tablespoons minced bread (biscuit)
1-2 tablespoons flour
Spices as desired
Method of preparation:
Add to the meat all the ingredients one by one: spices, salt (a little less than a tablespoon), breadcrumbs and flour. Prepare the dough by hand. If you want you can add other fresh spices such as parsley, mint, etc.
Once the meatball dough is ready, let it rest for 30-40 minutes in order to get exactly the aromas of the spices.
After 40 minutes we start and prepare the shape as desired, coat them with a little flour and fry them in plenty of oil. Once fried, we absorb a little oil with the napkin and we have them ready.
