This chocolate cake is so simple that even a novice in the kitchen can make it and it tastes very light. It is prepared very quickly, it is ready in just 30 minutes!

8-10 pieces

Ingredients:

225 g butter, softened

225 g of sugar

200 g flour, sifted

25 g cocoa powder, sifted

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

4 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons of milk

For the filling:

200 ml cream cheese  

2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, sifted

2 tablespoons cocoa, sifted

Cocoa powder and sugar flowers, to serve

You will need:

2 baking pans with a diameter of 20 cm, painted with oil and lined with kitchen paper  

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined. Divide between two pans and bake in the center of the oven for approximately 20 minutes, until springy to the touch. Let them cool for 5 minutes in their tins and then turn them upside down onto a wire rack.

For the filling, lightly whip the cream with the sugar and then add the cocoa while mixing. Place between two layers of cake and sprinkle cocoa powder and some sugar flowers on top.
