A woman's heart is damaged by late feeding
A study referred to by AgroWeb.org explains that late feeding is not good for a woman's heart.

Experts from Columbia University in New York have found that women who consume most of their calories in the evening are significantly more at risk of heart disease.

Cardiologists explain that the metabolism and internal rhythm cannot cope with heavy meals late in the evening.

According to them, women who consume most of their meals after 18:00 have poorer health.

If a woman takes in even 1 percent more calories in the evening, her heart health is poorer.

What's more, this 1 percent more calories promotes high blood pressure, increases body mass index and worsens blood sugar levels.

The most suitable foods for the evening
AgroWeb.org experts advise that women refrain from craving heavy foods in the evening.

They can consume forest fruits, yogurt, bananas, kiwi, boiled eggs.

These foods not only provide vitamins and minerals but are also more easily digested and do not cause a heavy burden on the metabolism.

Many also promote relaxation of the mind and body and promote restful and undisturbed sleep.
