It may seem illogical, but there are many cases when separation in the couple comes due to weight prejudice against the partner. Such is the story of this boy, who changed his whole life after the separation.

This 29-year-old was transformed from an obese man, into a man with a perfect body. Phelim Stack has told his story on social media, confessing that his girlfriend left him only because he was overweight.

"I decided to make this change immediately the night she left. "I just wanted to lose weight and free my thoughts," he said.

After the separation, Phelim started physical activity and ate healthy. For 18 months he lost almost half his body weight. Phelim also talked about post-separation depression, when he also started using narcotics. But training began to help him in his state of mind.

"I have a lot to offer to the right person, a good job, love, family respect. I just needed to change my physique. I believe I am already the best version of myself. "

Phelim diet before:

Breakfast - Energy drinks, sausage or pastry.

Lunch - Sandwich with chicken mayo or shrimp, chips or chips.

Snacks - Cake and chocolate.

Dinner - Box of kebab, Indian or Chinese, including rice or noodles covered with sauce.

Drinks - Cider or gin and lemonade.
