Football and Kosovo remained without the legend of all time. President of the Kosovo Football Federation, Fadil Vokrri, at the age of 57 is divorced from life today following a health complication. He has suffered a heart attack during the early hours of the morning.

He became the inspiration for many generations of Kosovar athletes and football icon, not only in Albanian space, since the 1980s, winning the final battle, Kosovo's membership in UEFA and FIFA.

Fadil Vokrri was born on July 23, 1960 in the village of Scepel, Podujevo municipality. He is known as the "Albanian football legend", who had a rather sensational career. In the 80s Fadil Vokrri had reached the peak of his career.

Fadil Vokrri had played 12 matches with the representative team of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, where he scored 5 goals. Vokrri had played for a period of time for NIM, France. In the years 1990-1992, Kosovo football legend played for Turkey's Fenerbahçe football team and had achieved many successes for this team. After finishing his career as a footballer, he settled in France where he became coach of a second-tier football team. After a successful time there, football legend returned to Kosovo and lived in Pristina. Fadil Vokrri was president of the Kosovo Football Federation, FFK for three consecutive mandates.
