But unusually, Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, has left Beyoncé right to control everything in the photo set. A decision that she also takes for the first time is the choice of the photographer. Tyler Mitchell, who has completed the Beyonce photo, is only 23 years old. But the rising star, who comes from Atlanta, has worked for names like Marc Jacobs, Ray-Ban and Givenchy.
