breakfast
1. Clean the facial cleanser face, deepen a massage on the skin from the outside, stretching your fingers up and down the face, waking your muscles and regenerating your tissues.
Apply an anti-aging serum.
3. Massage your face with your day cream or oil.
Early in the evening
1. Double Cleansing: First cleaning removes wrinkles and pollutants gained during the day, such as impurities, powders, while the second cleanser goes deeper and cleans skin tissues, as well as resets the pH level.
2. Spray with a face toner to adjust the skin surface.
3. Apply anti-aging serum and a cream with nutritional properties and active ingredients.
4. Have a fun evening.
Late evening
1. Using your favorite facial oil, spend three to four minutes (while you are on a relaxed bed) by massage the skin and working from the center of the face from the outside and up to the hairline. Pay special attention to the jaw line. Using the first two fingers press the whole surface of the skin.
2. Then massage the neck below the ear along the decoletage, ending on the opposite shoulder.
3. Sleep well and regenerate.
