Carly and William were together, some time before the prince connected to Kate. But what happened at dinner between Kate, William and his former girlfriend?
Carley said, "I never came out with two people at this dinner," knowing that William was the only one on the table that was connected to him and Kate.
However, the prince did not leave without an answer. "I can not believe that's the thing," William said.
It is not known how Kate reacted, but it certainly was not very happy. Kate and Massy-Birch have been friends first, but after that have never talked to each other.
