The 2019 graduates will only have an alternative exam and will have to choose between 11 alternatives rather than 8 as they were before. The Ministry of Education has made a change in the guidance for the National State Matura exam 2019, adding three additional subjects to the three basic subjects, with the knowledge gained mainly in high school music. From the range of alternatives ranging up to 20 subjects, this year they will have to choose from a reduced number: Chemistry, Physics, Biology, History, Geography, Citizenship and Psychology, Philosophy and Sociology, Economics, Art History, Music History and History Ballets. However, they will not evade the obligation to test knowledge in the subjects of the Albanian Language of Literature, Mathematics and Foreign Language.
INSTRUCTION
Still without launching the exam season for the graduates of the year we left behind, MAS published the new instruction for the mature coming, to avoid any possible misinterpretation. Since February, the ministry has determined the number of examinations, which will be four or five less than the previous years, facilitating graduates from giving one of the elective exams. Meanwhile, those with force will be in effect. Testing knowledge on compulsory examinations will be based solely on the knowledge gained from the core curriculum, while for the subject that the apprentice selects itself, the MAS is not responsible for whether or not the subject has been offered or offered to his / her school. "Compulsory examinations rely only on the core curriculum. Examination curricula obligatory for all graduates / candidates to be in line with existing upper secondary education programs. The candidate / candidate selects a subject from the list of electives, regardless of whether or not he has been or has been offered the subject in schools, "underlined in the instruction. The old schoolgirls who have given two exams, one of which will be left out, will not have to resubmit the latter. While for compulsory examinations there is no resumption discussion in case the candidate turns out to be incorrect. FOREIGN LANGUAGE In March, a period when A1 / A1Z is usually completed, graduates will have to set the subject that they will take the exam, choosing from the list of the side table and the foreign language: English, Italian, German and French. But this will only have to be done by young graduates, not those of past years. "Foreign language, as a compulsory examination, is selected when completing form A1 / A1Z. The candidates of the previous years (State Matura 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018) that have proved unsuccessful in Exam D3, should resume this exam. Other candidates (prematurely before 2014) applying for A1Z will not pass the compulsory D3 exam ", is set out in the Ministry's instruction no.3, dated 14.02.2018.
