Mothers should not worry about feeding the baby only if it is underweight.

Mothers are worried about their babies when they do not eat, but more when the baby is underweight. Doctors advise mothers to follow their recommendations in order for the baby to feed properly. Infants should have a steady increase in weight in order to strengthen the immune system.

There are some foods that help increase the weight of babies:

- Breast milk is the only way to gain weight for babies under 6 months of age. There is no other food source similar to breast milk.

-Bananet, are a source of potassium, nutrient fibers and carbohydrates.

- Fruits or vegetables. In order for toddlers to gain weight, they should be fed with fruit and vegetable lotions, as they get the necessary vitamins and minerals.

-Patatet, as we know, are an important source of carbohydrates, which helps in rapid weight growth.

The baby needs to be healthy and have a diet rich in nutritional value. This is key to mental and physical development.
