From a sleek and light breakfast on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve! Impossible to be in the diet during this beautiful period of the year. But, the methods for reasonable choice and avoid getting pounds during these days are here!

Holiday celebration days are spent in the company of friends and relatives, and this means gathering around a large table with a wide selection of meals on it. In addition to the antipasti meals, other dishes, especially sweets, are what invite us to sin without hesitation! Impossible to resist grandmother's biscuits, or mom's bacon. If we want to avoid getting weight during the holidays, we just have to follow some tips. They are here!

Avoid eating breakfast. Just one cup of milk and some biscuits or orange juice and so on. We avoid eating breakfast knowing it's the most important meal of the day. But that's because we're off! Do not get tired too much, so do not blame yourself! Everything is Ok!

Water and plenty of water. Two liters of water per day fall are the norm not only in the summer, but also in the winter. Of course, the rule applies even during Christmas, so if you're overweight with food, do not forget to drink plenty of water! This is definitely an excellent way to be in shape during holidays.

Movement after meals. It is best to get together and see a beautiful movie with the whole family, but we should not go directly from the table to the couch. We keep the body in shape by moving and when it is possible for physical activity, at least try to go and walk along the streets of the city!

We eat slowly. Between the joy of the holidays and the eagerness to enjoy good food, it may happen that we begin to eat everything in a hurry. Error! Eating slowly means assimilating the food in the best possible way and, above all, it gives the feeling of satiety at the right time.

Drink a herbal tea. In order to help digest as soon as possible, drink a good herbal tea right after eating!

I run in the morning. If the gym is closed, we should not give up on training: even during the holidays. A morning jogging can do well!
