The good news is that before bedtime you can eat light snacks that help sleep as foods that help eliminate fat. What about a glass of milk?

Milk is considered a healthy source, rich in protein and calcium, but there is a problem. A glass of milk before bedtime has high lactose content (the main sugar found in milk). Lactose is produced by thin colon mucus cells and breaks down the milk into two simple sugar forms: glucose and galactose, which are absorbed into the blood. The high content of lactose, often causes problems with the digestive system.

So if you are intolerant of lactose, you should avoid the milk bottle before bedtime.

Note: Lactose intolerance is the inability to dissolve certain lactose, the main sugar found in milk. Not all people who have lactose deficiency have symptoms, but those who have, are called lactose intolerants.

People sometimes confuse lactose intolerance with cow's milk intolerance, because the symptoms are often the same, but it does not mean that these types of intolerance are the same.

People with insufficient (insufficient amount) of lactose to digest the lactose they consume may have a lot of worries. Signs that appear include:

Mixed

Pain (cramps) and abdominal swelling (abdomen)

diarrhea
