Breaking up the house was a phenomenon that accompanied Renato Mekolini throughout the first edition of Hell's Kitchen on Top Channel. From the very first moment when the chief of staff flew mercilessly from the first dish to the consecutive flame of antipasti dishes in which there was no detail (a carrot yarn), Renato did not escape the comments - not just within the kitchen of the program, but more outside.
As soon as he introduced the new book "50 flavors of pastries" at the Book Fair in November last year, Renato faced everyone, from children to grandmothers (who more than regrets what is being harmed kitchen) and the question was just one: Why broke those jar dishes?
"For television effect", it could be the immediate answer of the boss, but in fact, this is not the real reason. As explained a few weeks ago even in an exclusive interview for Class, in the kitchen Renato is the one who is, with or without a camera, experiencing everything in the everyday when not accompanied by the TV effects and is that Renato that they all look at the screen (though in his restaurant does not break the plate every day).
However, the entire audience, though it has not supported any case breaking the dishes, with Renato Chief is entertained for a season at Hell's Kitchen. Still something is still worrying: how many plates broke through the show?
Since this was the most frequent question that has been made during this edition, Renato has discovered the number and is really awesome: "The question that has harassed you all throughout Hell's Kitchen episodes: how many plates broke? Curiosity is extinguishing you today, finally. During the 12 weeks of HK 412 plates have been broken " , says Renato, also revealing the origin of his bad water:" I fix the crackling of dishes from Greece's buzuki. We break plates and throw carnations when we jump in the buzuk ... "
Did you understand now? It has fixation, so even next edition, probably, will have bad luck even 500 more plates.
