It's a question that many people do often want to keep diet. A good part of people think that eliminating dinner is a good solution to sleeping quietly and moreover not to exacerbate the organism. But this is not always true.

Then, should or should not have dinner?

From recent studies conducted in Britain, it turns out that people who eliminate dinner have more chances to wake up the next day tired and energy-free.

After studying about 1,000 attendees, it turned out that 60 percent of them who ate dinner the next day were more energetic than the rest of the choice they were weakened by eliminating the last meal of the day.

According to scholars, dining out is not the best choice for weight loss, as at night, the stomach continues to work and needs to be full. However, for people in the diet, they advise some foods that they can consume at dinner more than any other hour of the day. Not only because they help calm down, but also bring a quieter sleep:

Yogurt with fruit

Half cooked meals

Green tea

Milk with honey

Vegetables soup

Chicken fillet (with vegetables) etc.

Seasonal fruit (at least one hour before bedtime)
