Just a few hours after the homage that was held today in the premises of the Academy of Sciences Library, in honor of commemorating the figure of Arben Xoxa, his daughter, Ajola has found the courage and has written a few lines, clearly reading the pain of separation from her father's life at the age of 67.
Along with the touching story, she has decided for the first time to share some rare photos of her past moments along with her late father. Through these pictures, but also with a long and exciting dedication, the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, Ajola Xoxa, remembers the difficult days of war with her father's cancer cancer to his last word: "Heart" !
More, says the writing with touching words that will tear you too after reading it!
She writes:
My dear father so dear,
we lost after a hard struggle and pain with a monster such as cancer. I and Mom kept us in our arms until the last breathing; until the last beating of your heart full of light, I held my hand over my chest. I have a chilling pain as if my soul is split in two. Your wonderful soul fled in peace, covered in white as you were, illuminated by the light of all goodness and love you had in your heart and the wisdom you had in mind from the beginning of life to the end.
Throughout your life, besides whiteness and light, to everybody near you, assisted everywhere you could, whenever you could, even when we were small, you always wanted to help those who needed them. You never, never hate in your soul, just love. Even with those who wanted to hurt you, you had the strength to be gentle, good, always smiling.
Even the last word that you had in this life was "Heart", so much your white spirit illuminated.
You were a father and a wonderful husband! We and Mom had so much luck to have you as a guide! And that's probably the biggest achievement a good man might have in life: you shaken our family and made her feel happier and happier in the world. We always said: are there other ones like the three?
You were the most intelligent man I ever knew, eager for knowledge to the end. You were the cleanest person I ever knew, the most honest I ever knew, the most noble I ever knew, with the sweetest smile I have ever seen. You were my great love, my hero, my safe rock, my teacher, my best friend!
I love your dad! With all the strength of love that ever has felt for man!
I love you forever!
