During this week, not only the weather was in my favor, but not health. But even this period of sporty sport because it happens to me rarely and does not last long, but I'm afraid when it comes to something ... How will I do it with the gym? How long will I have to recover? Where will I find the power? Do you do me well?

Generally, physical activity brings nothing but benefits to your well-being and health. Moreover, it is scientifically proven and scientifically proven that engagement with physical activity significantly reduces the degree of illness. Personally, I can get sick twice a year, and nothing lasts me more than five days.

However there are cases depending on the health condition where it is not recommended and even brings complications. It is always good to know these cases, since all of us sometimes get sick sometimes, often or not.

If you are currently undergoing a cold or flu where you have the following symptoms, but do not want to go back to the gym, continue reading the following.

I went to a kind of cooling, throat, fever (just on the first day), the throat, ear pain, and cough. Yeah, just hit me one morning at once. Of course the first day was the most "difficult", where I rarely spent a whole day stretching out a new series on Netflix. I do not say this without reason, but because this is a bit of my problem: I sometimes find it hard to rest and do absolutely nothing. Our body sometimes needs such quiet days and recovery when you have a dynamic and overactive life in general.

WHAT DO I DO?

After training the second day, except that I normally did not have the usual power, but I was a church and it was difficult to make a cardio, so I went through weights. The change I made (and I recommend) is that I did the same exercises, but in some of them I dropped the number of sets, and the usual weight, the earliest time (reps) and so on. Always listening to your body when you need to rest without compromising your health. Because this is not the time to challenge yourself, not when you are sick. And this is the first rule.

WHEN YOU HELP YOU PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DURING THE TIME WHEN YOU ARE SURGICAL

It is quite interesting and simple to remember that any symptom from the high neck does not deprive you of physical activity. With one exception you will read it in the second list below. But, of course, do not exaggerate, take the exercise drill.

Symptoms such as:

· When you have taken a slight cold with sore throat.
Activity here can affect recovery and faster and the secret is to body heating and perspiration on the surface of the skin.

· Earache.
When we have a problem, we tend to be more distracted. Yes, do the same thing here. Few fitness, running, walking or bicycle tours will make you forget the pain and, as a result, disappear.

· Snooze.
If the blockage is easy, the chances of feeling almost 100% recovered at the end of the exercise are quite high. This is the result of frequent breathing in warm body temperature. And why if you have a little more complications take avast-avash or break. It is not pleasant to have your own napkin with you when you are exercising, anyway.

WHEN YOU WOULD NOT BE USED IN PALESTRO

The thing you should remember about the symptoms that will stop you from going to the gym for some time are mostly those from the neck down the most serious. But these, as the most important to remember, will give you a little wider explanation.

· Any type of flu stool with temperature above 37.

This is because it is not only caused mainly by a bacterium or virus, but also because it is always associated with fatigue, dehydration, muscle pain and appetite reduction. If you were to exercise in this situation, except that it would be hard on your power, you're going to risk dehydrating massively, and further aggravate your condition. Moreover, when you are in this condition your muscles are in a "power" limited, they do not have the resistance as always and you may risk getting hurt.

· Constipation or secretion.
Initially, if you have a frequent cough there are no adverse effects on the body but everything affects your breathing, making it very difficult for you to process. You will not be able to fill freely with your breath often or to run without stops. However, if light coughs are not so obstructive for you, you should see more seriously if this cough is accompanied by secretions. These secretions are a consequence of an infection and should take medication. But important here is to mention the fact that you risk and others because the gym is a closed public space where you can easily attach your infection to others.

· "From the neck down"
Anything including mixture, poisoning or stomach pain, body aches, diarrhea, fever or bronchitis.
Any problem affecting the stomach and diarrhea leads you to dehydration of your body, which makes a "no" big physical activity. Of course there is no need to go into more details about the latter. As if you are in one of these situations, the last thing you'll notice is exercise.

As I said, there is nothing wrong with a full day parasite at home, stretching out watching TV, FB, IG or being informed about your health (as you are doing now), accompanied by a cup of coffee. Or tea, you know. It is important not to do this daily. Finding the will to be active as long as you run out, the time you "have" is no excuse.
