The results can surprise you. According to them, the best sex life occurred at the age of 40, but especially at the age of 46.
Unfortunately, the maximum age for sex also has a significant weakness. Happify reports that on average, people have to wait 13 years after losing their virginity before having the best sex of life. But here's the good news: almost half of all couples said the best relationship of their lives was with their current partner. So choose it carefully, especially when you reach the age of 46.
The summary also found that older couples having regular sex are happier than those who do so rarely. This does not mean that a daily dose of sex is the key to the enjoyment of relationships. Couples who had intimate relationships once a week were happier on average, says Happify. And once a week happens to be the magic number of times you need to have sex to increase your life expectancy! Ordinary Americans have sex only two or three times a month, including married and single men.
So if you do not do this every day, you are not alone. This is not the biggest reason why you should be bored, but wait for the ideal age to experience the best sex of your life!
