Can I clarify something as a beginning to it? All of us are born with cellulite and no matter how bitter they sound, we will live with all their lives. "Live with the enemy". No matter how healthy we are, how fit or weak we all have cellulose or stripe, in different quantities. Love your body, but by that I mean to accept it as it is as if you can not change it for the better. Work for your physical well-being, because the latter is the first to affect the mental state. How did this cellulite fill in our body?
Cellulite (Gynoid-lipodystrophy) is a skin appearance that takes the form of superficial (seemingly obese) bumps that resemble an orange skin. It is found in 98% of female bodies. It is formed by the changes in the structures of the connective tissues of the skin that lie beneath your skin surface. These changes make your fat cells zoom in and stretch to the skin's connective tissue. It is mostly present in females with tendency to form in the thighs, thighs and abdomen. As we have said before, our bodies are different, why the amount of cellulite in humans varies and is divided into four levels:

Can we cure and eliminate it from our bodies once and for all? Absolutely not, I'm sorry, so why should we be optimistic about the latter. Well, we can always do better for ourselves, so we can feel better and better.
Something that we can all help ourselves every day by reducing cellulite is what we hear everywhere: a clean diet and a more active life. But more specifically: The diet rich in fat, high salt levels, and the consumption of foods with a high level of preservatives are the cause of the constant formation of cellulite.
As for living: Being more inactive than it should, massive consumption of alcohol, and when you do not hydrate enough your body.
But there are other ways where girls often refer to salon / clinics for a bit of help. Because after all, everything has an expert.
