The month of Ramadan according to the calendar begins on May 5, Sunday, and ends on June 4, on Tuesday. Congratulating all Muslim believers for months in this period of sacrifice, the Albanian Muslim Community has published the calendar of fasting by the hours. The first day of fasting for all believers begins the morning of May 6 and closes on the evening of June 4th.
Fasting is one of the five pillars of Islam and lasts from dawn to sunset. This month of fasting means the avoidance of food and juices, sexual intercourse, words, bad behavior, and other prohibited things in Islam.
