Kim Kardashian became a mother for the fourth time, on Thursday. The star of "Keeping Up with Kardashians" came to life as a boy whose name he has not yet made known. The 38-year-old prefers to keep the boy's name secret, or have not yet decided what he will call. Githsies, Kim has reacted for the first time to Instagram where he posted photos from the baby shoe he organized a week ago. She wrote that the boy is at ease other than the other three children, North, Saint, and Chicago.
