An Albanian Contact Officer at the Law Enforcement Center in Southeastern Europe has died yesterday in Romania as a result of a car accident. The officer, Ervin Dervinja, 41, is rumored to have died alongside his wife, a Romanian citizen.

"Today in Romania, as a result of a car accident, Ervin Dervina, Albania's Contact Officer at the Center for the Enforcement of Law in South Eastern Europe (SELEC), and his wife, a Romanian citizen, have died. State Police expresses the pain and solidarity with the 41-year-old family and her family for the sudden and unexpected loss of their relatives and is committed to the maximum and in constant co-operation with the Romanian authorities in solving the causes of the accident " .
