Fourteen years ago, in 2005, the Romanian state opened a lawsuit against my spouse for the legal claim of a land. This event originated 17 years ago when he was 28 years old. Despite being a well known public figure and businessman in Romania, this is the only criminal matter he has been involved throughout his life. This issue was opened for purely political reasons when one of his businesses was affected. The accusing party unjustly claimed that a group of 35 had caused a financial damage of 114 million euros to the municipality of Constantia, one of the largest cities in Romania. Everything was reflected by the local media, which turned the matter into a scandal, with the sole purpose of sowing hatred to the general public, even though it was a fabrication and fabricated news. The agreement made by my husband was all in line with Romanian laws, which was later confirmed by the court, where it was proved that the damage was zero, so it never existed.
Earlier this year, exactly on 7 February, under the pressure of the Romanian Secret Service, which has full control over the Romanian judicial system, the corrupt judges of the Romanian Supreme Court rendered an abusive decision, condemning them to 35 persons many years in prison. Among them, my husband, who was sentenced to 5 years and 6 months in prison, though, according to the same unlawful sentencing, he does not owe a penny to anybody. All involved in this case are now in prison, except for my spouse who refused to give up and accept this unfair and above all illegal decision, which is against the Romanian law, against European law and against European law on human rights. Romania's Constitutional Court took a decision confirming the involvement of the Romanian Secret Service in the country's judicial system based on the so-called "protocol".
All of these facts were followed by major public debates and political quarrels that culminated two weeks ago, with the arrest of the head of the Social Democratic Party, the main opponent of the corruptive system in that country. Thus, the Secret Service and the so-called Romanian justice won. Although Romania is in the European Union, recent years in that country have become endless abuses with many justice issues, which has led to the arrest of thousands of people, ranging from important businessmen and politicians. All of these have been carried out under the shadow of a hypocritical democracy and the "war on corruption" that has only revealed the great truth: that Romania is still a country of the third world, a colony, a country where justice does not a place where the Secret Service is the one who does all the economic and political games with the help of a corrupt justice system. The Romanian, but also the international press, are filled with debates and comments on this.
Shortly after the announcement of this decision, the Romanian press, also chiefly controlled by the Secret Service, fought successively by fabricating fake news for my husband until he decided to publish all the truth about the matter on his site at social network "Facebook" and in his personal blog. Only then did the press attack the attack on this issue, because it was found before the truth, naked, irrefutable.
