According to Amazon, there are over 100,000 written books about sales and of course it is impossible to read all. Fortunately, I've spent the last 15 years interviewing sales experts, scientists and neuroscientists who are studying the sale. Now I will share the essence of what I learned.

In sales and marketing there are three main skills you should learn:

Create Confidence

Money and goods play a role only when the seller and the buyer trust each other. Faith is created in three ways: through technology (like Amazon), legally (through legal rules) or personally (through relationships and personal connections).

Connect what you are selling with the customer's wishes

Human beings want pleasure and seek to avoid pain. Customers will spend their money on your product as soon as you become aware that there is a great likelihood that the result of cooperation with you will bring more pleasure and less pain for them.

Ask clients to make a decision

Now that you have laid the foundation, "close the deal" by saying something that allows the client to confirm his decision to cooperate with you.

If you have done a tremendous job in 1) Creating Trust and 2) Linking Your Product to Customer's Desires, the client can say "I Love Your Product!". Even before you try to close the sale. In this case, ask them if they want something other than what they have already bought.

Main: You always have to ask questions.
