Yogurt is one of the most consumed foods by Albanians. It can be used in various forms and combined with multiple products. Yogurt can be eaten as it is, it can be buttermilk, tartrate, it can be combined with different fruits. Yogurt can be eaten with sweet and salty, in the morning, lunch or even dinner for a light meal. Yogurt is rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamin B2 and B12. Yogurt is also recommended for children, where according to a recent study children who regularly eat yogurt are less at risk of infection and allergies.

But doctors advise that yogurt be consumed in the morning to take advantage of its value.

It strengthens the bones. If you eat a cup of yogurt in the morning you get the right calcium that serves to strengthen bone.

Removes bacteria. Yogurt contains probiotics that eliminate micro-organisms from the digestive system. Persons suffering from flatulence or diarrhea should eat yogurt in the morning.

Improves digestion. Its daily intake in the morning protects the digestive system against toxins and bacteria.

Protects immunity. Yogurt protects and strengthens immunity. This is because yogurt contains minerals such as zinc, magnesium and selenium.

It helps lower blood pressure. Yogurt helps lower blood pressure and heart health because the potassium it contains helps eliminate excess salt from the body.

Infections. Yogurt is a very good ally of women (contains lactobacillus) because it prevents mold and genital infections.
