Milk is one of the healthiest and most consumable dairy group products. People start drinking it as soon as they are born. Many people drink it in the morning and many others at dinner before bedtime.

But when is the best time to consume milk?

It is advisable to drink milk in the evening because it soothes and helps you with sleep. Also if you feel tired you should drink it before going to bed because milk contains amino acids that help the brain release serotonin.

If you drink a glass of warm milk in the evening, you will feel more at ease and sleep better. But for anyone who wants to feel satiated for longer, breakfast is the best time to drink milk.

However if the milk causes you to swell then drink it in the evening. For a better digestion choose to drink warm, not cold milk. Sufficient amount of milk is 150-200 ml per day.

Caution, after boiling and cooling, milk should be kept in the refrigerator until regular use. Try not to overheat it too often and do not heat it in the microwave but on the stove.
