Take a towel and wrap it.

Sit on the floor, with your legs stretched out in front of you, so your feet are slightly apart.

Now place the towel wrapped behind your back and lie on the floor with the towel under your waist.

Draw your toes together keeping the distance between the heels, forming a triangle with the tip pointing upwards. Raise your arms and bring over your head and join with your toes.

Stay in this position for about five minutes (you should experience a burning sensation and slight pain at first fading with practice).
