You wake up, but it's still night outside. 4:26. Uff! You turn left and right, close your eyes, open them, close them again - you just can't sleep. There is nothing worse. You may have spent it several times, even up to two more hours without sleep, hoping, wanting to sleep a little, but in vain.

Turn on the TV - bad idea, deal with the phone - bad idea. It's simple, you can't figure out why your sleep isn't falling again. Did it happen to you? Of course, it is universal, so below are some tips for this condition.

How to get up fast at night?

Get out of bed. It may sound counter intuitive, but if you get up, go to the next room and try to sleep again after 20 minutes. Look around, sit on the couch, read a magazine - everything! Focus on everything else around the house and not on lack of sleep and you will slowly start to feel sleepy again.

Read. With dim lights, try to read. Sometimes you can fall asleep in the middle of the day if you're lying down and reading. Take something you've read before (doesn't mean reading a thriller in the middle of the night), and browse through the pages. Even your eyes will slowly close.

Check the lighting. Make sure there is not too much light in the room. Turn off the lights coming out of the hallway and make full shade by blocking the light outside. Another stimulating light can keep you awake, so make sure the light is dark enough so you will find it easier to sleep.

Calm down. If you've never meditated or never done yoga, this is the time to try it. Try some breathing techniques and relax your mind. If you focus on breathing and calm, you are less likely to focus on the fear of not getting enough sleep.

Don't look at the clock. This is an uncategorized thing, though you may have done it several times. Turning on the light to watch the clock will not only add to the boredom that you can't sleep on, but the light will stimulate the eye light as well. This also applies to TV, phone, iPad.
