This event has shocked the entire public not only in the village where it happened, but also throughout Albania! It is a 19-year-old man identified with SF initials who resides in the village of Suk of Roskovec in Fier.
It is learned that on December 3, he raped his 16-year-old minor sister and everything happened in the apartment. It is not yet known whether the parents were present, but media reports say the young man was arrested on charges of raping his sister.
