In winter, the skin tends to dry out due to low temperatures, so treatments should always contain ingredients that hydrate and nourish the skin. To eliminate drying, in winter the skin needs more frequent treatments and natural masks. One of the simplest is the treatment with carrots and honey.
Carrots are rich in vitamin A, E, so much needed for winter skin.
Preparation:
Some dermatologists recommend that the carrots be pre-grated in a blender, while others suggest that the carrots are first boiled. The tips are also depending on the skin type, but you can use both variants because the function is the same.
2 tablespoons minced (or boiled) chori mix with 1 tablespoon honey. Once a uniform mass has been made, apply on face and hold for 10-15 minutes. After some use, the skin will have a new look, because this mixture removes dead cells and restores the skin to shine.
