Boas contain high nutritional value, high protein, calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus etc. It is one of the nutritional drinks that keeps you satiated for many hours. It is recommended to drink 2 to 3 hours after a meal.

In Turkey, it is one of the drinks dating back to the early 10th century.

Why is it advisable in winter?

Many prefer to consume booze in the summer as a refreshing drink, but in many Balkan countries, such as Turkey, whenever one hears a "booze", it means winter has come. It is best consumed in winter because it is rich in high nutritional value, contains many vitamins A, C, E and B - valuable for cold season when the body is attacked by viruses.

Likewise, it is a drink that is recommended to all people who engage in physical activity (due to its rich in essential vitamins)

Although it's a drink that is not served warm, by adding a little cinnamon, the booze will make it quite tasty for afternoons or warm nights at home.
