What are they?

"Today was a good day"

Say it as often as possible and keep only the positive things at the end of the day.

"Figure"

More important than always being right is being aware.

"I love you"

Everybody wants to say it and everybody wants to hear it.

"I trust you"

Everybody needs support in this world.

"I can do it this time too"

Once you have said it, you have done half the way to make it.

"I did as much as I could"

It is good to feel good about yourself, and for what you do.

"Congratulations!"

If you say it without the point of jealousy, you will appreciate yourself more.

It's very comforting when you say it and believe it.

Let yourself feel proud of others.

Even if it is about God, or a simple idea, you have to show faith.

Better to admit that you do not know and to learn, than to become knowledgeable.

Because no one can do everything alone.

Don't criticize yourself for everything that happens.

Don't feel bad if you can't do something for which you have spoken.

Do not have excessive expectations from yourself and others.

Don't be negative about anybody.
