It was 1982 when Sanremo Al Bano and Romina Power sang "Felicità ". It was her first time together, with her eyes stuck with Romina's and forgetting the words. They were the most beautiful couple in the world. Everything they sang became successful.
A young man from Cellino San Marco married the daughter of famous actor Tyrone Power in 1970 (they have four children together: Ylenia, Yari, Cristèl and Romina Jr.). They would return to the festival as often as possible.
The 1984 victory with "Ci sarà " followed with that in 1987 "Nostalgia canaglia", which would rank third. 1991 brought them back with the song "Oggi Sposi" and this was the last pre-divorce release.
