From the spectacle studio "In the Trap of Peter Pan" on Tv Klan, politician Grida Duma has delivered an important sensitizing message against violence against women.
She says boys should be educated as early as the respect they have for women, and this behavior will be reflected in a few years.
Alketa Weysiu: There is talk all the time, especially on Women's Day, about the message against violence against women. As a mother of a boy, can you give a message about this? Because we have to do a good job with boys since they are young, not pretend when they are adults and then give sensational messages and run revolutionary campaigns. Is it perhaps a time to reflect? The mothers of both boys and girls should, in the early years of their lives, receive a nurturing position in a certain direction.
Grida Duma: Undoubtedly history has shown that the important boys and men in history have come from great mothers. We have to admit in our culture one more thing, that we occasionally favor the growing boy, leaving him more caressed, and untouchable than the girls or any girl in the family circle. This is where human conception and making begins. But one thing I do not want to say in a cliché way, and I do not want to say it as a moralization of the kind it should be. What I mean is: If a man is happy, he is happy when the woman close by knows how to give him happiness. But it is impossible for her to give him happiness if he does not make her feel good. If I were a mother, to my son's happiness I would have said absolutely, hold the door when my classmate passes by, tell her you are capable of being spacious, wrapped, warm, and have no idea how much she will give back and the more men you will feel tomorrow. We need to show them that this is their way of being happy.
