In 60 tests performed in the last 24 hours, 4 new cases were positive, bringing to 59 the total number of people infected with coronavirus in Albania. The three new cases are from contact with the infected, and a completely new case with travel stories from the red areas has been confirmed. It is for a 66-year-old man who is treated in intensive care at the infectious hospital at TUHC. In total, 30 patients are admitted to the Infectious Diseases Hospital (from Tirana, Durres, Fier, Elbasan and Rrogozhina), where three of them are in intensive care. The rest of the pavilion beds are in stable condition until this moment.
The good news comes for the first contact with the null patient, which has resulted in negative retesting.
