Adisa Gashi (Kica) is a girl who is passionate about cooking and especially about quality food, prepared at home very carefully. Many of you may have had the opportunity to see her cooking on the @adisaskitchen site. Today, Adisa has chosen to share one of her recipes with the followers of Class magazine. She has discovered how to make cheese herself, with village milk, vinegar and spices.

Ingredients you need:

â?¢ 3 liters of milk

â?¢ white vinegar (transparent)

â?¢ red chili pepper, dried

â?¢ pink pepper

â?¢ thyme

Method of preparation:

Before you start, prepare a container where you have placed a colander and on top of it napa. Put the milk on the fire and as soon as it starts to release the first bubbles add a cup of brown vinegar, reduce the heat to a minimum and continue stirring and add a little vinegar, until the whey becomes transparent. Once the whey becomes transparent, turn off the stove, add the spices and transfer them all to the pan. Squeeze and tie the napkin. Here's where the cheese was! Place on a large plate and add a tablespoon of salt up and down. Place a bottle of water on top of the cheese. Leave it like this all night and you will be ready the next day.

If you want, you can put it in a jar with olive oil, where you have added a clove of garlic, chili peppers and thyme sprigs.
