
This is one of my favorite salads! Here you will find all the ingredients and how to prepare one of the most delicious salads.
For the salad:
Leave a bunch of green salad (ideally if it is iceberg) for 30 minutes in vinegar water to kill the bacteria that the plants themselves have. Then cut two slices of bread into cubes and place in the oven with baking paper until golden, crispy. Cut a chicken breast (fillet) into cubes, marinate with salt, garlic powder and red pepper. Fry more olive oil on low heat. Combine salad, bread crumbs and chicken together.

Prepare dressing:
1e 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard know
salt
2 tablespoons olive oil

Powdered garlic or pressed very well. Mix well, add the kachkaval cheese on top and the salad is ready. This is the classic version. But you can also add tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled eggs, etc.
