Adele's doctor in Los Angeles has shared the secrets of weight loss she gives to all her clients, insisting that the key to weight loss is not about exercise.

Dr. Fradin-Read, says weight loss is not about "exercise alone" and should be part of a broader lifestyle transformation.

She insists that mental health and well-being are just as important as diet and exercise.

She told US Weekly: "I tell patients that when it comes to weight loss, diet and exercise alone will not be enough in most cases. That is why many patients who come to us have tried to lose weight. weight, they lost somewhat, but took it again and even more.
