Austrian Princess Maria Singh, known as Princess Maria Galitzine, has died at the age of 31.
The daughter of Prince Piotr Galitzine and Princess Maria-Anna Galitzine passed away on May 4 due to a sudden cardiac aneurysm. In a few days the princess turned 32 years old.
She was a descendant of Emperor Chales I of Austria and was born in Luxembourg. She grew up and studied in Moscow, and completed her higher education at the College of Art and Disney in Belgium. The princess worked in interior design and lived in Houston with her husband Rishi Singh.
Maria was the mother of a 2-year-old son, Maxim. Although an important figure, she lived a simple life away from the public eye.
