Scarface actor Geno Silva, who starred in the infamous 1983 film The Skull, has died at the age of 72.
The Hollywood Reporter reported that he died in Los Angeles on May 9 from complications related to insanity called frontotemporal degeneration.
Geno's most famous role was in the gangster film Al Pacino, Scarface, in which he played the killer tasked with bringing Tony Montana into a major gun battle.
Geno's acting career includes some of the biggest TV shows of the '80s and' 90s, touring in Miami Vice, Star Trek: Enterprise and Alias. He also appeared on Key West as well as on Broadway.
Geno was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on January 20, 1948 and had a wonderful acting career.
One of his wonderful performances came in 1994, where he appeared in the stage production of Peter Sellars of The Merchant of Venice with Philip Seymour Hoffman and John Ortiz.
Of all the roles on the big screen, Scarface will always be synonymous with it.
