Juvenile abuse in all its forms, from molestation to sexual or psychological, must be one of the fiercest wars in the social order of the whole world, from Europe, to the distant American continent, to India, wherever such categories fall victim to monsters named pedophiles. The laws in force have changed over time and over the years from one state to another, leading to aggravation in some of them, as well as easing in others.

However, the existing laws that officially operate in some countries are public and in force, whenever one case of pedophilia is repeated and another minor becomes a victim again!

They are as follows:

United States

In the US, any sexual abuse of children is illegal.

Fiji

Fiji amended laws on child abuse, increasing penalties and removing gender restrictions for abusers. In Fiji, abusers of children under the age of 13 can be sentenced to life imprisonment. Before this law was enacted, the maximum sentence that female abusers could receive was only seven years in prison.

India

India has the highest number of cases of child abuse. Under the country's law, all sexual intercourse under the age of 18 is illegal.

Malaysia

Only a few ways of sexual abuse are a crime, under Malaysian law. Suspects can only be convicted of rape and incest.

Turkey

Unlike Malaysia, Turkey calls all sexual acts with children under the age of 15 abusive. The government is drafting a new, more effective law against child abuse.

Yemen

There is no law on child abuse in Yemen.
