He is Dario Toska, who for the second time in a school cycle has been honored by the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, with the highest medal for academic achievement. Dario was honored with the gold medal of excellence of the "President's Outstanding Education Award" program.
This medal is given twice during the 8-year cycle education for excellent students, at the end of the fifth and eighth grade. Dario has just graduated with honors from the 8th grade of the American Garmisch Elementary / Middle School in Germany, part of the American school system in Europe.
Such a charming Albanian, Dario Toska, together with his parents, experienced another special joy these days. From first grade to the end of eighth grade, he has only had excellent results, being announced each year as the best student in the school.
Even in 2017, with the completion of the fifth grade, Dario was awarded this medal. President Trump would award him the gold medal of excellence for the second time, a rare occasion. Dario is the son of Valbona Zeneli and Igli Toska. 13-year-old excellent, Dario Toska
Dario has excelled not only in lessons. Over the years, he has won several Olympics and competitions in mathematics, history, literature, Spelling Bee and others, and has represented his school in the Olympics of the American school system in Europe. Dario, although not yet 14 years old, speaks several foreign languages and his great passion is reading.
Without a single day of instruction in the Albanian language, he read the entire work of our great writer, Ismail Kadare. Dario has a passion for sports and art, especially painting. A few years ago he was presented in a book together with his mother, Valbona, where he had masterfully sketched the paintings of economic and political writings.
With the high results achieved in lessons, being awarded twice with the gold medal of excellence by President Trump, Dario Toska has made proud not only parents Valbona and Igli, but all Albanians feel just as proud of the boy so knowledgeable, cultivated and educated.
