Since it is Sunday and it is the perfect day to cook good things, why not prepare a chocolate cheesecake? The good thing about this dessert is that it has no need for baking, saving you time and making your preparation simpler. The recipe is brought by Erida Kabashi.

Ingredients you need:

350 gr philadelphia cheese cream

200 ml pana for cakes

2 tablespoons cocoa

200 gr biscuits

1-2 tablespoons sugar

100 gr butter

For the above you need:

200 gr chocolate

100 ml pana for cakes

Method of preparation:

Grind the biscuits into shreds. Add melted butter and mix well. We place them in the cake pan. Arrange them this way (as in the picture) and put them in the fridge for at least 10-15 minutes, while preparing the cream. Beat the bread in the mixer. Add the philadelphia cheese cream after the pana is beaten and mix again with a mixer. Finally add the cocoa and mix. As for the sweetness, it is good to try it before adding sugar, as it depends on everyone's taste.

Take the biscuit pan out of the fridge and add the cream. Put it in the fridge for 5-6 hours in the cold (not freezing). It is better to throw the chocolate before serving, because if you throw it at this time, it will freeze in the refrigerator. For the chocolate: Melt it by adding the panna cotta (100 ml) to the marinade bath (over a pot of boiling water. Toss the cheesecake on top and, if desired, garnish with some cherries.
