Johnny Depp's ex-wife, Amber Heard, was seen with bruised faces while her husband was abroad.
Witness Trinity Esparaza says she saw no fingerprints on Heard's neck two weeks after Dep, 57, allegedly called her.
The witness says she saw a mark on Heard's left cheek, which is the opposite side that Heard said Depp had hurt.
Esparaza is the guard of the East Columbia building in LA, where Depp owned five suites. It depicts two fingerprints on Heardâ??s neck and a bruise on the cheek.
Esparaza says: â??She threw the keys under the elevator. There was bruising on his neck. "
Asked if Depp was in place, Esperaza told the actor's lawyers, "No."
The Depp team says they have a series of claims that will clear their manâ??s reputation.
Lawyer Adam Waldman said: "It turns out that Amber Heard was actually injured in June 2016, with finger-shaped marks on her throat, a bandaged arm and a bruised left eye. A person we know that he didn't do it, it's Johnny Depp, who was on tour and abroad for two weeks. "
The evidence was approved for use in a defamation case of $ 50 million against actress Heard, after she claimed to have been the victim of domestic abuse.
It will also be used as evidence in Depp's defamation lawsuit against News UK, after The Sun called her a "woman striker."
Depp allegedly called Heard on May 21, 2016.
She showed a picture of bruising in court. Depp was indicted after Heard wrote an article in the Washington Post portraying himself as a survivor of domestic violence.
Depp will arrive in London today and will be quarantined for 14 days before the case in the High Court against "News UK".
