Health experts and officials from the Ministry of Education are appealing every day more and more to the use of the mask by citizens indoors and in those conditions when physical distance of more than 1.5 meters is not possible.

The day before, Dr. Pëllumb Pipero said that the time has come for wearing a mask indoors to become mandatory by law.

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection addresses the citizens every day with a call: â??Be careful with the observance of the rules. Use the mask everywhere indoors, when entering the supermarket, in shops, in the office and in any public place where you can't keep your distance.

But its use has several steps that need to be implemented.

The Institute of Public Health has published guidelines on how to apply, use, remove and discard a mask.

1- Before applying the mask, wash your hands with soap and water, or clean with a disinfectant.

2- Cover the nose and mouth and make sure there is no space between the face and the mask.

3 - Avoid touching the mask during use; if it happens, wash your hands with soap and water, or clean them with a disinfectant.

4- Grab the mask from the connectors to remove it; immediately throw in a sealed basket; wash your hands.

5- Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is dirty and do not reuse disposable masks.
