Who has not heard once in his life about the history of the Haklaj of Tropoja? The sensational revenge and murder of the men of the tribe, seems to be the subject of a movie in "Hollywood"! More precisely, it is a four-series cinematographic production, which will include all the events that took place in Tropoja in the years 1990-2000, and where the primary focus will be on the Haklaj family.
Entitled simply "Haklaj", the film is conceived by two Swedish-American directors and another from Kosovo.
Jurgen Malaj is expected to play the role of the most famous son of the family, Fatmir Haklaj, while many other Albanian actors will also take part in the film. The initial budget of the film is about 32 million US dollars, which are collected in the form of donations from Albanian individuals and businesses, but also foreigners.

He was born in Fier in 1990 and graduated in Tirana with a degree in Medicine. He currently lives and works in Sweden for several years, together with his family, in the exact same place where the survivors of the family live. He was the one who announced the project through a status on his social network, Facebook. However, he has stated that he has not yet decided whether he will wear Fatmir's "suit".
