Dua Lipa's name was among the most frequent parental choices for their children's names, according to the latest data.

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) said the babies named Dua doubled in 2019 compared to 2017, when the singer had just started to be recognized in the UK.

Dua has become an inspiration in terms of the names parents choose for newborns. According to the ONS, 126 babies were named Dua in 2019 in Britain, compared to 63 in 2017.

While the "throne" is still held by the names Oliver and Olivia, both in England and Wales, with more than 9,000 children in 2019. However, the number is declining compared to previous years.

Now we expect that with the success of Duas, the number of babies with this name will increase, and as we can see, the chances are great.
