For this Saturday's recipe we have chosen Mirela Andoni mini-pizzas. We can all afford a pizza as a weekend reward, but to feel less guilty, choose mini-pizzas. They are made in a short time, without dough or yeast, and you can make them with different flavors.

Ingredients you need:

• 300 g miell

• 200 g pcs

• 1 inflatable spoon

• 1 tablespoon salt

• 1/2 jar of fresh tomatoes

• 200 g mozarella

• Rigon

• Black olives

• Tomatoes

• Basil leaves

Method of preparation:

In the bowl throw the flour, puff pastry, salt, yoghurt and a little olive oil. Knead the dough by hand and let it rest for 20 minutes. We open the noodle dough with a thickness of 1/2 cm and cut it into small shapes, coat them with tomato sauce, fill them with mozzarella, oregano and olives. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Serve warm with a little fresh basil.
