This weekend diet, according to the Bright Side, will help you lose 3 pounds just during Saturday and Sunday.

SATURDAY

Breakfast:

A sandwich with rye bread with 200 gr of cottage cheese. You can pair this with your regular coffee or tea, just keep away from sugar and sweeteners.

Lunch: 

A complete and delicious salad that contains the following ingredients for 2 people:

1 avokado

1 cucumber

Half a boiled potato

Some toasted bread

A delicious salad dressing made from lemon juice, dill, mustard and pepper

Darka:

100 gr fish with spices cooked in the oven.

For dessert, have 200 g of low-fat Greek kefir or yogurt.

 

AND PART

Breakfast:

A cup of unsweetened green tea and 2 large sugar-free crackers

Lunch:

A salad for 2 people containing:

2 large boiled potatoes

. Fresh cabbage

1 cup yellow corn

½ luge olive oil

Darka:

100 gr chicken breast, 1 boiled egg and a tomato.

For dessert, have 200 gr of kefir or low-fat Greek yogurt.

Note:

Combine this 2-day diet with 30-minute workouts. Do what you love: run, dance or do some aerobics.
