The benefits of rice are innumerable, a source of vitamins and a very good nourisher for the face. This mask can be used for all skin types - it is soothing, relaxing and nourishing. If you use it every week, you will notice the results immediately.

Ingredients:

2 cups rice water

1 cup rice

Fork or spoon

An empty container to insert the rice water

Add 2 cups of rice water and a cup of rice. Let simmer together for 5 minutes. Then use the fork or spoon and mix for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the heat and after it has cooled, pour the water into the empty container.

Once you have separated the rice from the water, it should have this look.

Before using the mask with rice water, mix the water. Make sure all the nutritional value does not remain at the bottom.

Use pharmacy cotton to apply the mask on the face.

Carefully dip the cotton in water and after it has completely absorbed the moisture, apply it on the face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes (lying down recommended) and then rinse your face with lukewarm water.
